Remember in the last blog when I said i found a new challenge, because the apple crumbles at magnolia disappointed me? WELL I present to you, presh's oaty apple crumble! Honestly it was so good the ice cream wasn't needed. On a serious note if you have apples on hand, I highly suggest making this. It was SO good.

*sneezes*
I've been sick. Still am- And between practically coughing out a lung not being able to sleep right or eat much and still being forced to go in to work i just have no energy for anything.
Todays my first day off in a while and I just wanna sleep (or attempt to) and continue to contribute to my ever growing mountain of tissues. The only thing thats been making me feel relaxed is the books i've been reading.
Well the books i just finished. (I was reading the last two books in the hunger games.) Now im bookless- and grumpy and thinking about ordering new books from amazon. (Ive got my eyes set out on this and this.)
Before I got sick I did a few things...
I started a care package for my younger brother (he's in college) And i was about to ship it until I realized my older sister ate some of the things I put in there for him. (thanks wendy.)
The picture is about two thirds of whats actually in the box. Its going to cost me an arm and a leg to ship this though. So little brother when you read this. You're Welcome.

Or there are these puzzle peice key chains off of etsy by whiteliliedesigns
And if that special person in your life isnt so into V-day you can always get them these cute and funny valentines day cards.
Does your sweety have a sweet tooth?
Try this recipe for Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding with Raspberry's that's sure to melt their heart.
On etsy i found these awesome customized fortune cookies from AndreasGoodies
And last but not least!
I always hated the taste of conversation hearts but when i saw this:
On annies-eats.com I thought it was super clever and waaaay better than a box of chalky candy.
you need is a good sugar cookie recipe, heart cookie cutters, and a royal icing tutorial, and your loved ones will think you're the victor of valentines day!
Until next time,
Stay Sweet!
